90-day Return and Exchange Policy
90-day return and exchange policy!
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the new and unused products together with the original invoice to us where you made your purchase within 90 days from the date of purchase or 3 days after the goods collection.
We cannot accept exchange or return of previously assembled, open packaging or damaged items and customized products.
We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with the invoice. For payment made with credit card, the refund might be returned by PayPal.
All shipping cost and fees are NOT subject to refund.
All items returned must have a valid tracking number.
Neo watch strap reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.
TERMS FOR LIFETIME WARRANTY
The warranty applies to free of charge repair of all the product sold by NEO WATCH STRAPS.
